‎I am so excited to come in with the news of the walk I had yesterday being Wednesday although I was unable to drop the post that yesterday, yet, I am so much eager to drop it so as to share the results of my walk with you guys.

‎It was towards afternoon when I strolled out to have a view and to catch fun while getting my count as an actifitter. While walking, I came across a town known as glass-industry located inside Aba city.

‎There, I saw something too irritating toy liking. My dear, take a look at this picture below 👇

‎What do you see? Maybe, you may be wondering what it is. Well, a closer look or view will help you to understand that it is a dormant water inside gutter.

‎Now, take a closer look at the dormant water, can you see that it is filled with green slippery particles known as pond scum or slime algae.

‎The presence of algae is a sign that the water have been dormant inside the gutter for months. As a result, the people or the residents of the area are complaining of too much mosquitoes both day and night.

‎But wait o, let's pause for a minute!!!

‎According to a research I made in a shop where I purchased snacks while on my walk, the business owner said that the residents of the place are waiting and longing for government to come and clean up their gutter for them.

‎To me, is that reasonable? Will government ever do this kind of work presently especially now that they are busy contesting for election.

‎Nevertheless, the residents of this environment should understand that the mosquito bites they're receiving are only affecting them. Nothing concerns government.

‎Therefore, if really they need good vibrant health, they should arrange to clean up the gutter in other for there to be free flow of water.

‎Looking at with from one angle, it is obvious that water can not dry up in these gutters until the next dry season.

‎Ahhhh, I wish I have the ability to call it's residents to action, I would have done that. Nevertheless, all I can do now is to mind my business since I have limited power to control them.

‎But my prayer is for them to apply wisdom so as to limit the high level of sickness especially malaria and typhoid affecting its inhabitants.
‎
‎Who can tell if government will ever remember such work!!!
