We joined a ladies boot camp!
As we have all heard that summer bodies are made in the winter, my best friend and I decided to join a bootcamp. It's free so don't expect to much. http://bootcampamy.weebly.com
I'll definitely do my best to see some results and will maybe be posting them in 4 weeks.
Here as some things I'll be changing in my daily routine:
* drink a glass of water every hour
* keep the sweet things to a limit of once a week
* drink less wine (this is going to suck)
* NO fast foods! And no fizzy drinks.
* sleep more
* the boot camp is only twice a week so we'll be doing other exercises in between.
Oh and apparently my bone mass is to low... to low???
