Hello to all my friends in the Photo Feed community, I’m back with another series this time from a café restaurant with a disco like vibe. My model was Sajjad, one of my friends, with a hookah as part of the scene.

The café was a place where scattered city lights and the warm atmosphere naturally became part of the story.

For the poses, I tried to keep everything completely natural and free from exaggeration leaning on the table, looking out of frame, and the moment of taking a drag from the hookah all helped convey a more authentic feeling rather than something staged. That moment when the smoke rises is exactly where the image comes to life. In one of the shots, I also used a black and white color theme, which created a really cool vibe.

The lighting was mostly based on ambient light; a mix of warm background tones with a slightly cooler glow on the subject helped create depth and separate the subject from the background without losing the natural feel of the environment.

For editing in Lightroom, my focus was on controlling contrast and color tones leaning slightly toward cinematic tones, with deeper shadows and softer highlights. I tried to avoid over saturating the colors, keeping the authentic night atmosphere intact while still maintaining a distinct visual signature.
