When you start Keto, you might find yourself missing soft, fluffy dinner rolls. They have so many carbs which will you throw you right out of ketosis, but you still REALLY might want them....
Well, this is when Keto Dinner Rolls can come to the rescue!
Don't forget to eat them with LOTS of butter. As a jelly replacement try strawberry butter or apple butter

1 ¼ cup almond flour
5 tablespoons ground psyllium husk powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 ¼ cups boiling water
3 egg whites
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Bring the water to a boil. Add vinegar and egg whites to the dry ingredients and
mix well. Pour in boiling water and use a hand mixer to mix about 30 seconds.
Grease hands well and separate dough into 8-10 even balls of dough. Place on a
parchment lined baking sheet. Bake on lower rack of oven for 50-60 minutes,
depending on the size of your rolls. You should hear a hollow sound when
tapping on the top of the bun.
Store in fridge or freezer.
