• Ingredients :

• All purpose flour 216 gram
• Cocoa powder. 64 grams
• Baking powder 18 gram

• Baking soda. 8 Gram

• Others :

• Eggs. 3 pieces
• Oil. ½ cup
• Sugar 216 Gram
• Water. 1 cup

• Vanilla essence. Few drops

• Ganache:

• Cooking chocolate 1 cup

• Whipping cream. 1 cup

• Frosting :

• Whipping cream. 1 cup
• Icing sugar. 2 tablespoons

• Cocoa powder 1 tablespoon

• Procedure:

  First preheat the oven on 180°c.

• Dry ingredients:

  Sieve all dry ingredients very well.
  Make them smooth.

• Mixing :

  In a bowl add icing sugar. Add egg one by one.
  Mix mix mix….
  Add oil. Make a smooth mixture.
  Gradually, add dry ingredients into it.
  Now put all this cake mixture into a baking tray.
  Bake it in a preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

• Making ganache :

  Cut the cooking chocolate in small pieces.
  In a bowl add chocolate and whipping cream.
  Heat it into the oven for 15 seconds.
  Mix it well.

• Frosting:

In a bowl, add whipping cream, Cocoa powder and icing sugar. Whip it well.

• Assembling:

Cold the cake at room temperature. Cut into two pieces.
Take one layer and spread frosting evenly.
Put the other layer on it.
Spread frosting on all sides of the cake. Put it into the fridge for 15 minutes.
Now spread ganache on it.

Cake is ready to serve.

• Ingredientes :

• Harina para todo uso 216 gramos
• Cacao en polvo 64 gramos
• Polvo de hornear 18 gramos

• Bicarbonato de sodio 8 gramos

• Huevos 3 piezas
• Aceite. ½ taza
• Azúcar 216 gramos
• Agua. 1 taza

• Esencia de vainilla. Unas gotas

• Ganache:

• Chocolate para cocinar 1 taza

• Nata para montar 1 taza

• Frosting :

• Nata para montar. 1 taza
• Azúcar glasé. 2 cucharadas

• Cacao en polvo 1 cucharada

• Procedimiento:
  Primero precalentar el horno a 180°c.

• Ingredientes secos:

  Tamizar muy bien todos los ingredientes secos.
  Hacerlos lisos.

• Mezcla :

  En un bol añadir el azúcar glas. Añadir el huevo uno a uno.
  Mezclar la mezcla ....
  Añadir el aceite. Hacer una mezcla suave.
  Añadir poco a poco los ingredientes secos.
  Ahora pon toda esta mezcla de pastel en una bandeja de horno.
  Hornearlo en un horno precalentado durante 30 a 40 minutos.

• Hacer la ganache :
  Cortar el chocolate para cocinar en trozos pequeños.
  En un cuenco añadir el chocolate y la nata para montar.
  Caliéntalo en el horno durante 15 segundos.
  Mezclar bien.

• Frosting:

En un bol, añade la nata para montar, el cacao en polvo y el azúcar glas. Bátelo bien.

Enfriar el pastel a temperatura ambiente. Cortar en dos trozos.
Coge una capa y extiende el glaseado de manera uniforme.
Poner la otra capa encima.
Extiende el glaseado por todos los lados de la tarta. Mételo en la nevera durante 15 minutos.
Ahora, unta el ganache.

La tarta está lista para servir.

  Esparce pequeñas perlas plateadas comestibles sobre ella.
