Supersoft,
amazing with nutella over them.
So let's start!
Ingredients:
- 250g of water
- 75g extra-virgin olive oil
- 40g of sugar
- 1 cube of brewer's yeast
- 500g manitoba flour
- 1 teaspoon of table salt (fine salt)
Procedure:
* Turn on the planetary mixer
* Insert into the planetary mixer the ingredients in this order:
1) liquids (250g water, 75g oil)
2) sugar (75g)
3) fine salt (1 teaspoon)
4) manitoba flour (500g)
5) brewer's yeast (1 cube)
* Wait until you get a compact ball without lumps
* Turn off the planetary mixer
* Cover with a cloth
* Wait for leaven for about an hour
* Form small balls with our hands
* Put all the small balls on a baking sheet with parchment paper
* Cover again with a cloth
* Wait again for leaven for about an hour
* Bake in preheated oven at 200 ° for 6/7 minutes

>This procedure works with any processing mode.
> Have you the Thermomix instead the planetary mixer?
> No problem:
> insert the ingredients in the jug as written before and knead for 3 minutes at the max speed.
> Have you nothing?
> Again, do not worry:
> knead in a container with your hands.
> It's old school ;D
>
Enjoy your meal!
Here is your creation!
