I might be a regular jerk but I can fry chicken 😂. I decided to add something to the menu for this evening. Later I will set on that jerk chicken that is now marinating. It’s gonna be great. Soon I will start to experiment with some Japanese dishes at home. I’ll fill you in. Here are some other pictures of today’s process.
