I found the most nutritious of the available vegetables as "Teasle Gourd" and "drumstick tree" leaves.

(1)Teasle Gourd:
A nutritious summer is a vegetable.
Raw fruit can be eaten as curry, curry and bharta.
Kankorol contains plenty of calcium, carotene, vitamins and many more.
(2) drumstick tree: There is a large amount of nutrients between the leaves and fruits of the drumstick tree.
Its leafy leaf is a huge source of vitamin A.
Because of all these nutrients are together, it provides both immune system and life-sustaining nutrients.
