El Autoestima es la percepción que tenemos de nosotros mismos. Se trata de la valoración que nos tenemos, y esa valoración se forma a lo largo de toda la vida y bajo la influencia de los demás, o sea lo que los demás ven en nosotros. Casi siempre las personas se dejan llevar por los pensamientos de los demás hacia ellos, sea bueno o malo y eso define tu autoestima alta o baja.
