In high school I remember being able to get 3 burritos or tacos at Taco Bell for like a dollar. Sure it was cheap food, not very authentic, but I still liked it. Burritos are one of those staple foods that I just can't get enough of. Funny thing is I live in Arizona only a few hours away from Mexico and some really good Burritos but I haven't traveled there much. But when I do go, you better believe I get some authentic burritos! Oh and churros! Can't go to Mexico and not get a churro. haha, anyways, I decided to do an episode on how to make my favorite burrito.

I have been making this particular burrito for 3 or 4 years now. I love how simple they are. Of course it can be even more simple if I just took a tortilla and refried beans and some cheese and called it good! And to be honest I wouldn't complain one bit, lol. I like how versatile burritos are, so many different ingredients can be used, according to your particular tastes. Ingredients:
White Rice
Black Beans or refried beans
Spinach or lettuce
Grilled chicken or beef, or leave the meat out
Shredded cheddar cheese, or your favorite kind of cheese
Avocado
Salt
Pepper

***I didn't put the amounts because it can very according to your individual tastes. :)

Steps: The steps are pretty easy just gather your ingredients and throw them on top of your tortilla or leave the tortilla out and make a burrito bowl! :)
