Keep Battling Through for Rewards

Hi Guys,

I'm not going to lie. It was hard to go for a run today and I really didn't feel like posting a video. A really shitty week work wise and not great at home either (more on both another time). It was one of those days when I just felt like staying in bed and letting the world go by.

However, I have a marathon to run in 7 weeks so I needed to this. I toughed it out and then came to a glorious peaceful view halfway through. It struck me then that rising above challenges can produce rewards that make it worth it, even if they are small.

I was able to appreciate the beauty around me and put my own problems in perspective (especially with everything that is going on in the world). I immediately felt very grateful for what I have followed by guilt for being so petty in the first place!

Anyway, I just wanted to share this. I hope you guys are rising above the challenges you face and can find, hope, gratitude, peace and the desire to keep on battling through.
