Steem inc is only a developer at the end of the day. They don't own the blockchain and have no control over what we do as a community. There are enough brilliant people on here working to improve the chain that i am still optimistic that when we come out of this shit market it will be in a better place than before. If i'm right the people who believe enough to commit right now will do very well going forward when we reach the next step of our evolution This is all in development right now, so mistakes will be made and changes will happen. The main thing is that we survive and grow after these which is hopefully going to happen now.

That is a very optimistic thought, no doubt. But there is a huge doubt about doing something without the help of steemit Inc. E.g. who is gonna start SMT from the scratch? We all know that most of the dApps on this BC will be crippled without the SMT

I believe the initiative for the family, precisely, leaving 3 comments on a minimum is by far the best way we can strengthen the dtube community as well influence others to join the platform. leaving comments will show users that the platform is active and responsive, as a result increasing their excitement to join the dtube world.

now about uploading once every 24 hours; even if it is not possible for many people who might be preoccupied with other things, I believe this is the chance to simulate a regular flow of content (especially during this low phase of steem where not many are as motivated).
I have already mentioned in my vlogs and collab, that I want to bring variety and and a new angle into the dtube platform. I have noticed how repetitive and stale the content was getting, so I think my travel/lifestyle vlogs will bring a new stroke of freshness.
PLUS
The amount of women in dtube is still very minimal, and I hope looking at me many other women will be inspired to get out of their shy-shell and upload and be expressive on dtube!

@eveningart does amazing videos of her drawings! (Her drawings look like black and white photos she is so good!!!!!)

We have already found ourselves changing a few things about the way we do our videos that have increased our influence. This has enabled up to be able to reach out to many more people than we would have in the past. I upload quality content every single day with my account @autobodhi and very occasionally with this one as well.

Most of my engagement happens through this account but it is very difficult to consume content on Dtube right now since they don't have a working search function or content recommendation function or tag search function. Scrolling through the "new" list is extremely inefficient and I am extremely busy. I really wish I could easily find content I am interested in within the app without doing special searches on third party apps...

Dear Nathan,

I am always on the look out for new talent. Even in my daily life in the offline world. I think everyone I would suggest is now listed above so the hunt is on for new family members. I was speaking about this with Ava and she said she is willing to curate min. 3 posts a day and write a meaningful comment below about them. She is @girlygamer. She would be the youngest family member. I want to teach her skills that will be an asset to her in the future pertaining to intrapersonal skills, responsibility, and commitment. I think the min. 3 is certainly something she can find time for as she already leaves dozens of messages every day on twitter, and on her other social medias. She will be 11 this February. We spoke about this and she was excited to be considered. In the mean time I will be looking out for new accounts that I have not seen before. I think everyone is doing a fantastic job contributing and it has been exciting to watch the healthy engagement and networking that has been flourishing since this initiative.

Hello, I was the among the first who trusted this idea. I was inspired, I was motivated. A lot of things happened. I was depressed. But I like the idea of teamwork. I like the idea of making people work together. I like the idea of making people engage. Even posting once in 24 hours is ok. After you started this dtube become more active, more interesting, more alive. What ever people say, they will always talk. We were best friends with you and still I think. Let's make the #dtuberevolution , let's make our dreams come true. I just had trouble in my my life recently, that's why I wasn't active. But I was always commenting more than 3 time a day and replying all comments and posting once in 24 hours. But you told me that I can post more sometimes. I don't post videos everyday nowadays as I'm really occupied with things but as I'm in the DTube fam, I would want to at least do one video a day and leave some comments.

I'm also watching what @crypto.piotr is doing with delegations. Yea, I know it's not DTube but he is putting forth an effort to spread delegation in such a way to help newbies function on the platform. I've discovered @nathanmars profile just a few days ago (your post about being investing angel). I just figured that you're focusing on reaching out to people community only on DTube . Plus I looked at your wallet and I realized how small I am comparing to you :) So I never really bothered to reach out to you.

Right now Im trying to support group of minnows/planktons with small delegations of 40SP to each one of them assuming that it will help them to engage with people without being affected by strict RC limits. I've managed to create a quite solid community around myself (lucky me :) and my latest post attracted large audience (over 700 comments, but half of it are mine replies ).

Perhaps we could find ways to collaborate together and support community here on Steemit. That's my current goal :)

Hey there @nathanmars. How's it going? I was suppose to send this message a while ago, though I've been rather overwhelmed for a number of reasons. Anyways.. The reason I'm messaging you is because I've been requested to by a member of our community, the reason they wanted me to message you is because they feel like we might be able to work together.

Back in January I came up with an idea for a contest/community here on steem called the Information Finding Championship which has been received very well I think, we have had a decent amount of players and support from witnesses and others on the platform. We also have a whole sort of Marketplace going on as well but I think this message is more about the contest.

Our game has been referred to as the steem Olympics because we do so many different subjects and I think maybe the best way we could work together is if we did a Dtube quest, or numerous Dtube quests.
We could essentially have our players use Dtube to make us/bring us content.
