From now on write down any attempts, results, ideas and goals regarding any information that can be related to you into a notebook - either use old fashioned paper or digital devices like MS One Note.

Remember the last scary situation you experienced and try to figure out what made it beeing "frightening". Try to visualize it as clear and vivid as possible and find out whether you can re - experience your fear in safe environment.

Find out whether you can locate fear somewhere within your body as tension, pain or other strong bodily signals.

Lay down in your bed, cover your eyes with a towel to avoid light producing visual signals. Focus on your breath and try to ban any thoughts (optional: ban even the intentional thought to ban thoughts). Breathe out and stop inhaling air. Try not to produce thoughts and recognize you bodily feeling. Try to observe any signals without inner voice occuring that procedure. Encounter how far you can go without getting oxygen and write down your observations (of course you can put them in the comment section).
