We have just released an update on the missions overview. The missions overview should now be much more intuitive and therefore easier to use.

In the missions overview, you can see all the planets now. This is the default view. You can also filter in the upper right corner to see the missions of a single planet. We have fixed some logical errors in the mission overview and also some bugs, such as cancel missions, which didn't work properly.

The report is now divided into 'Active' and 'Recent'.

I hate that change. It should default to filter the planet select in main view.
Especially if MC400 buff is active :P

@oliverschmid | Dec. 23, 2019, 5:09 p.m. | Votes: 1 | [ VOTE ]

I'll think about that. Maybe it's time for settings (to have both).

Settings would be the most awesome solution. What rocks for me, sucks for others.
Maybe having all missions rocks displayed by default rocks for some, but it sucks for me...

True.

Mission overview:
- Planet level is default
- 'All planets' filter is secondary
- Sorting the tables

Overall it was a much needed change, but I have to agree with @schlafhacking . The default should be for the active planet with the choice to see all missions. Just slows things down as of now.

Yeah, I'll think about that. Thanks.

I didn't know missions can be sorted by clicking the column title lol. Neat.

My bad, got distracted by the GIF and skipped the text below. Neat QoL upgrade regardless.
Looking forward to more QoL upgrade, maybe one day it would be streamlining ship production!

Definitely should default to currently selected planet as others has stated.

Nice update, but please:
- Sort it by date. Hard to find the mission. It's like a telephone book sorted by phone number :)
- Preselect the selected planet as filter.
Thanks :)

Great update! Makes exploring much smoother for me. Quick question: If the tile got explored by another player before my Explore reach it, do I get the Explorer back when I cancel the mission?

PS: Anybody who are exploring in the game can post a screenshot to join my giveaway (Splinterlands Epic Card)

Sniping doesn't kill the explorer, you don't need to cancel the mission.

@nextcolony Please take a look at this model for payment.

According to Chief Executive Officer Robert Towles, "This is particularly important at a time when game companies and development studios are reaping massive profits by leveraging the relationships of their users."

"We believe that users and influencers can — and should — get paid for every person they invite and every in-game activity they are connected to."

"We reward users for on-boarding other users — in perpetuity," Towles remarked. "That's the way it should be."

The company expects to supercharge a user's income earning potential through a mix of proprietary technology and payout modeling. Every user will have a unique referral code embedded in their user profile that can be shared. The company utilizes custom built software to track the reach of the code and pay users accordingly and transparently, for life.
Towles also noted that the company will apply a tracking algorithm that actively searches for user and network connections, effectively supercharging the user's viral reach.

These cross-connecting network maps are built as users join. User rewards aren't just limited to direct invitations, either. Their reach and rewards accelerate as whole network connectivity grows.

Recognizing the rise of influencer driven marketing, gaming and social media's dominance in today's digital age, INK Games address the need for a gamified, globally-accessible platform to monetize social reach and create richer, loyalty-enhancing game experiences.

About INK Games
INK Games targets gamers, online users and social influencers. The company is building a first-of-its-kind game platform where users can "buy" territories in the form of postal codes, which represent ownership in the platform's gaming universe.

As the company builds games — and launches other game publishers' games on the platform — users will share in the economic activity of users, activities, and assets inside their territories.

The company's aim is to build engaging, digital games that incentivize user sign-ups and reward influencers for their role in building game communities, while providing an economic reward to users for their ongoing participation.
