Hello Steemians! ☺️

Today I was thinking of writing a post about an easy and quick way to relax after a long day of work or study.
A quick way to relax and calm down is to light an aromatic candle.
The tranquility of the flame, added to the nice scent of the candle will relax us in a moment!

The recommended aromas to relax are lavender, sandalwood, vanilla, lemon, citrus, among others.
The main point is that you like the smell so you enjoy the moment :)
