I think all the teachers should be happy writing this prompt. Well, in a world that AI is gradually taking over and act as a threat to some people's job, people are now advancing , learning more and fighting back so that AI will not take over their Job. Even some companies have trim down the level of their staff just because technology can run most of the things.

‎Now the question is, will your job exist in 10 years ? I can boldly say yes. Because Right from time , teaching was there and till date teaching is still thriving. The importance of education in a society and nation at large cannot be overemphasize, and for any country to record a good change, then Education is necessary. Right from the days of our forefathers, education was there and it's still here. It is worthy to note that for any education curriculum to be put into life, the teacher must be the one to implement it. Meaning the importance of a teacher in realizing the goals of Education cannot be overemphasize.

‎Even when technology has set in, the place of a physical teacher in the life of the life of a learner is very very important. The one on one coaching and interaction. Teachers are also needed to shape behaviour, instill values in the life of students , and prepare individuals for the future, and not just the future but to be responsible citizens and be ready employment to solve real life problems. Parents alone cannot provide all aspects of learning that is why they send their wards to school and even pay for it, especially in this modern, complex societies.

Teachers can learn , upgrade, apply technology in their class, but technology cannot replace the teacher. So in the next 10 years and more, teaching Job will always exist and be very valuable.

So, Teaching will always remain an essential and very important job because education is the foundation and key of every society that wants to develop. As long as humans continue to be born, there will be a need to guide, train, and developamd educate them intellectually, morally, and socially. Knowledge is not static.

Teaching is a long life job and will always exist.
