This is one of my homemade mashup workouts for garage gym guys like me. It’s a combo of two of the CrossFit “Girls” - Ingrid and Grettel. The movements are alternating single dumbbell snatches, lateral burpees over the dumbbell, and double dumbbell clean and jerks.

I scored 13:49 Rx today. My previous PR appears to be 13:19 last May 2022, according ro my Google sheet, but I think I did better when I first created it several years ago. Without documentation, I have no proof, so 13:19 it is!

sometimes the best gym is at home. it is much more comfortable to do your exercises and routines in the comfort of your own home. lots of encouragement, it is important to be consistent!

agree. i have switched to working out at home entirely since 2020 and i enjoy the convenience and ability to choose what i want to do that day vs what the coach at the gym had programmed for that day. health, stamina, speed, and skills have all improved
