Love sent on exile;
the bitterness of bile.
Hate hangs around.
Peace, nowhere to be found.

The world bleeds;
evil of a unique breed.
Willing war-chants;
the wickedness of a rant.

I wish for a new earth
made up of loving hearts.
A world not wild;
the innocence of a child.

A dream with broken wings.
Desperately, despair sings.
Wishes devoid of breath...
