Cela se présente sous forme de pâte pour la faire il vous faudra :
- 1 cuillère à café de bicarbonate de sodium (dans toutes les pharmacies )
- Mélangez avec 1 cuillère à café d'eau oxygénée (expliquée bien à votre pharmacien que c'est celle pour les dents )
Ajoutée ensuite un peu de dentifrice pour le goût
Mélangez tout bien et c'est normal si votre pâte est un peu moisseuse c'est la réaction du bicarbonate de sodium et de l'eau oxygénée
Remplissez votre mélange dans un récipient
Utilisation :
Il est très très important de ne pas utiliser ce mélange pendant trop longtemps sinon vos dents vont se fragiliser. Il faut donc l'utiliser 1 fois par mois pendant 5 jours renouvelez tous les mois .pour l'appliquer laver vous les dents normalement en trempant votre brosse à dent dans le mélange. Faites attention de ne pas aller trop sur la gencive et rincez bien après
