Lately, some posts using the Paranormal Hive tribe tags have been unrelated to paranormal topics such as Actifit Reports. That content may be perfectly fine elsewhere on Hive but does not fit the purpose of this tribe.

To keep Paranormal Hive useful, interesting, and focused, here are some basic guidelines for what is acceptable. These guidelines are not exhaustive or prescriptive. When in doubt please use your best judgement and have at least a few sentances in the post justifying why the post is on topic for Paranormal Hive.

Acceptable Topics

Posts in the Paranormal Hive tribe should be clearly connected to one or more of the following subjects:

• Paranormal Phenomena
  Ghosts, hauntings, poltergeists, apparitions, spirit communication, possession, shadow people, or other unexplained experiences.

• Cryptids and Strange Creatures
  Bigfoot, Mothman, lake monsters, chupacabras, dogmen, thunderbirds, black-eyed children, or other mysterious beings.

• UFOs and UAPs
  UFO sightings, alien encounters, abductions, government disclosure, ancient astronaut theories, alien technology, and related speculation.

• Conspiracies and Hidden History
  Secret societies, unexplained historical mysteries, cover-ups, strange archaeology, forbidden knowledge, suppressed technologies such as overunity devices, and mystery-based research.

• Occult, Magic, and Folklore
  Witchcraft, curses, rituals, legends, mythology, haunted objects, grimoires, demonology, and supernatural folklore.

• Psychic and Metaphysical Topics
  ESP, remote viewing, telepathy, precognition, near-death experiences, astral projection, dreams, synchronicity, and spiritual anomalies.

• Paranormal Fiction and Creative Writing
  Original horror stories, supernatural fiction, SCP-style stories, weird fiction, creepypasta, paranormal poetry, or fictional case files.

• Reviews and Commentary
  Reviews of paranormal books, documentaries, movies, YouTube channels, podcasts, games, websites, or TV shows.

Content That Does Not Fit

The following types of posts should generally not use the Paranormal Hive tribe tag unless they have a clear paranormal angle:

• Daily personal journals
• Food posts
• Travel posts with no paranormal connection
• Random photography
• General crypto posts
• Political posts
• Memes with no paranormal theme
• AI art with no supernatural, occult, cryptid, UFO, or mystery connection
• Generic blog posts copied into many unrelated tribes

For example, an Actifit report about a regular walk does not belong in Paranormal Hive. However, an Actifit-style post about walking through a haunted cemetery, visiting a paranormal landmark, or investigating a local ghost story could fit if the paranormal topic is central to the post.

The Simple Rule

Before using the Paranormal Hive tribe tag, ask yourself:

Would someone interested in ghosts, UFOs, cryptids, occult mysteries, supernatural fiction, or unexplained phenomena reasonably expect to find this post here?

• If the answer is yes, it probably fits.

• If the answer is no, please use a different Hive community or tag that better matches your content.

Cross-posting Is fine, but please stay relevant.

Hive users often post to multiple communities using multiple tags. That is fine. However, the Paranormal Hive tags should not be used only to gain extra visibility or token rewards. The content itself should genuinely belong here.

Posts that are clearly off-topic may be muted, ignored, downvoted, or excluded from tribe promotion depending on the situation.
