No free lunch
The mobs of the elite chant
As the destitute and disillusioned die
What little money I have
Or are given
Goes on records
Cause there’s no free lunch and I don’t
Deserve a food parcel
Anyway, you have to drive miles out
Of town to get the ones without
Mackerel in tomato sauce
I’ve been so hungry
I ate uncooked pasta
Cause that’s all I had
Chant it like you mean
Like a good dystopian novel
We’ll learn it if we chant it
