I am going the way of the world
Suffering and smiling along the way
The hope of survival keep pushing me
The journey is still long

I wept for my generation
Bearing the sorrow of the Africa child
My days are not mine
But of my paymasters

I wish I could challenge the power
The powers the control my emotions
I wish I could go to war
To fight against the rulers

I was born of little hope
Let on the street of thorn to toil
My blood because my bleeding sweet
As the black days draws near
