On Tuesday, I consulted exactly the same number of patients (41) as on Monday! Interesting, isn't it?

I made over 13k steps on that day too! I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes! That helped!

How do you balance your meals? I want to change my eating routine. Eat 3 light meals during the day, one in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening, probably 9am, 3pm and 6pm, and 2 fuller meals at 12pm and 9pm.

Three meals a day is the basics of the food pyramid. However, it is necessary to find a balance between meals.

I've also planted runner beans, cherry tomatoes, water melon, red beet.
I've been doing this for two years now. The first year was quite a success. Last year most of the crops were eaten by slugs 😒

I tried to keep a vegetable garden for once during the pandemic, it didn't work out very well because while it was still growing the cats that lived in the condominium of houses where I lived decided it was a good idea to eat the leaves and the stem, 🤦‍♂

We don't have a lot of cats here. My sister has, but she has bought a device that makes a high-frequency sound that cats hate and people can't hear. At least, older people. Some young kids can hear that sound, but maybe you don't want those in your garden either 😂

I particularly love cats, and I'm waiting for my finances to improve so I can adopt one. In 2018, there were approximately 15 cats living around my parents' house, and 4 of them were allowed to stay inside the house.

I feel that this will be reflected in Brazil in an increase in the price of food and gasoline, largely due to the increase in soybean exports to China, and with this, agribusiness will focus on selling more to China and not keeping enough reserves for the country(+)

It is and it also is a recliner! The leather is tired and full of holes thanks to the CAT xD But considering we got it seconds hand YEARS ago it's done pretty well.
