How to post shorts on hive ?

I remember that only inleo had the shorts, here in snaps there is still no way to post a short directly (I think) what is possible is to post videos from other platforms with a link.

To me, it's better with DUE because that has your content upvoted depending on your stake, without having to delegate HP to some account, like DAB's setup is. And they both pay dividends
