With these 6 tips you can lose weight easy. All you need to be is (mentally) strong!
Eat slowly
Eat around 5-6 times a day. So more spread out during the day and smaller portions.
Never skip breakfest (most important meal of the day)
Eat less a soon as the sun goes down. Why? Most people willbe less active after the sun goes down
Stop eating around 2/3 hours before you go to bed
Eat enough fruit and vegatables
Work out 2/3 times in a week
All this is very easy to do! You just need be mentally strong and really set you're mind to it. If you can do this you will see that diets are not required. Better sad YOU NEED TO EAT. A car does not drive with an empty tank. I did this to test it with my father he was around 10 kg to heavy. He lost this weight in around 2 months. All he did the same as i have writen above.
This is very simple and easy to do. It is just a matter adjusting you're lifestyle!
