"In Apartaderos we find the monument to the crazy Luz Caraballo, a place with a truly privileged view. You ascend to this viewpoint by a stone path and as you climb it is likely that you will be short of breath and it is reasonable, because it is located at an altitude of 3,473 meters above sea level. It is advisable to climb slowly, because the lack of oxygen can easily exhaust you, especially if you are not used to it."

"Look at the building which is quite tall, there are 6 floors and the building itself is very spacious. Full of colorful windows that have been arranged very neatly using color. Even though this building can be photographed from the outside, there are many requirements to enter the building and you should not be careless."
