The twenty-sixth round of the Golden League was dominated by the leaders, who are confidently marching towards final success, but there is still a long and bumpy road ahead. The lead of the top two over the third-place player is already significant, and it can be assumed that the question of the championship this season will be decided between @danmaruschak and @benbow2017.
Sensations and Key Decisions:
Leader Takes Revenge: Leader @danmaruschak avenged his unexpected loss to @browery in the fourteenth round. This time there was no surprise—the American confidently defeated the Pole and strengthened his position as leader.
Vice-Leader's Tight Fight: @benbow2017 secured an important victory after a close fight. His rival was @wahacoce, who put up very tough conditions for the title contender. Both achieved scores close to 30k steps, and the difference between them was less than a thousand steps. Despite the loss, @wahacoce received the Best Score among Losers award.
Fight for Third Place: The battle for third place continues. Currently, @new.things and @manuvert have the best chances of success; both secured confident victories in their matches, and they did not have easy rivals.
@bucipuci Continues His Escape: Not long ago, @bucipuci occupied the relegation-threatened spots to the SL. For over a week now, he has been doing quite well, and there can be no more talk of a relegation threat. In this round, the Czech defeated @mushanov, who is currently threatened with relegation. The Bulgarian's deficit to the safe spots held by @revlat35 and @itz.inno is only six points, so with a little commitment, anything is still possible.
@patif2025's Relegation: @patif2025 seems to have resigned herself to relegation to the SL, as evidenced by her lower-than-usual activity. In this round, she conceded the match to @itz.inno without a fight.

The twenty-sixth round of the POLIAC Silver League only confirmed that the fight for promotion to the Golden League will be incredibly interesting and exciting. Currently, there are two main candidates with a slight advantage over the other players, but this SL season has proven that anything can still happen.
Leader Pulls Ahead, Podium Battle Continues
Leader @caspermoeller89 once again recorded the best score of the round (22,526 steps) and secured a confident victory against @homesteadlt. He is undoubtedly one of the main candidates for promotion.
Right behind the Dane is @tom45p, who defeated @pinkhub this round. I am curious about the Czech player's determination in the final stretch of the season—will he withstand the pressure?
For the past few days, another Czech player, @actifit-godfish, was mentioned among the favorites, but two consecutive matches conceded by walkover caused him to lose contact with the top two and drop to fifth place.
@silvertop jumped onto the podium, mainly thanks to the points gifted by the Czech. The solid American has a chance to return to the GL after just one season in the lower league.
I had high hopes for @flemingfarm before the season. Last season, he came literally close to promotion to the GL. At the beginning of this season, the American showed good, consistent form, but then something happened, and he suffered a few losses. We'll see if he's preparing for a killer season finale.
