Greetings to you all the ladies of hive. It has always been a pleasure to participate in the weekly contest here.

I would love to share with you the things I do when my day isn't going as expected.

Days are not always the same and as far as life is concerned, not everything and every day will always go well as we expect them to.

But here are some few tips on how I still get smiles on my face even on not-so-good days.

• Whenever I go through a rough day, I listen to music. Music has been one of the important balm to my soul. It makes me forget bad events and sometimes gives me relief by falling asleep.

• The next thing I do on a not-so-good day is go out with friends to swim or just chill.Its much better than locking myself or isolating myself away. Sometimes sharing how the day went with friends can help.

• I also watch interesting movies and comedies while having coffee or warm tea. This really helps to brighten me.Watching interesting movies can easily help to take away the attention from the problems and maybe a few disappointments I had during the day.

These few things I do when my day isn't going well and it works for me.
