- Today I want to share an amazing, easy, and quick recipe with you. Brownies are among my favorite desserts; I’ve made classic cocoa brownies before, but I’d never tried making them with white chocolate—and the result was excellent because they’re sweet, but not too sweet, and they’re fluffy and moist.

- El día de hoy quiero compartirles una receta increíble, fácil y rápida. Entre mis postres favoritos están los brownies; anteriormente ya he preparado clásicos brownies de cacao, pero nunca probé prepararlos con chocolate blanco y el resultado fue excelente porque su sabor es dulce, pero no tanto, esponjoso y jugoso.

200g white chocolate. 100g butter. 2 eggs. 1/2 cup sugar (optional). 1 tsp vanilla. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 tsp baking powder.ESP

🥣PREPARATION.🥣
- Melt the butter and white chocolate together; you can do this in a double boiler or in the microwave. If using the microwave, pause every 5 seconds to prevent burning. After melting both ingredients, place the condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl; mix with a mixer or whisk, then carefully add the other mixture and combine both ingredients. Finally, add the flour and baking powder (sifted beforehand) and fold them in with a spatula using gentle, folding motions. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, and that’s it—you’re ready to enjoy this delicious dessert.

- Necesitamos derretir la mantequilla y el chocolate blanco en conjunto; puedes hacerlo en baño maría o en el microondas. En caso de hacerlo en el microondas, puedes hacerlo haciendo pausas en cada 5 segundos para evitar que se queme. Después de derretir ambos ingredientes, en un recipiente aparte colocaremos la leche condensada, huevos y esencia de vainilla, mezclaremos con una batidora o varilla de cocina, agregaremos con cuidado la otra mezcla y mezclaremos ambos ingredientes. Por último, agregaremos la harina y el polvo de hornear, tamizándolos previamente, y lo mezclaremos con una espátula culinaria haciendo movimientos envolventes. En el horno precalentado previamente a 180 grados, dejaremos hornear entre 15 y 20 minutos y listo, podrás disfrutar de este delicioso postre.
