Hi,

NDS is used to improve your immune system so that you can fight against everything in terms of disease. e.g. Diabetes, High Blood pressure, Cancer etc.
Diet Routine should be like below:
24 hour = 16 hour fasting + 8 hours eating
Eating should start with juice or fruits which have more liquid then you can eat raw sprouts, vegetables and fruits etc .
