full deportes. Se avecina otra competencia y toca estar más que listo para darlo todo y no quedarnos atrás con las ganas de llegar a ser un campeón. Les comparto un poco de mi entrenamiento en el parque "Las Ballenas", dónde realizo movimientos estáticos en las barras fijas y paralelas.

Me preparo con todas las ganas y decidí entrenar un poco más sin excederme, pero debo mejorar y recuperar mi nivel en los estáticos por tiempo para poder hacer otras combinaciones sin cansarme rápido, a continuación les dejo algunas fotografías de 3 de los estáticos que estoy mejorando tanto en tiempo como postura.
