These guys are my favorite birds! I watch them all year round, both in the wild and in my yard. I'm truly amazed by their high level of intelligence. If corvids, parrots, and gulls rank first in intelligence, then great tits are definitely second.

This is due to their ability to adapt to changing conditions; they have a flexible mind. This is clearly evident in the spring, when they move from urban conditions to the wild, where they must independently search for animal food (after all, in the city, people won't feed them caterpillars), build a home, solve everyday problems to ensure the safety of themselves and their families, and interact with other tits and others for specific tasks.
