The last few days have been error free for the most part. Interesting that you didn't mention compression (Handbrake). Since YouTube is my primary upload hosting site I render all my video's in 1080p 30fps or 60fps, which typically puts my video's in the 700mb to the 1.3gig range. I use Handbrake to compress them down. Yesterday I posted a 40min+ video to Dtube (compressed) with zero issues, amazing! Dtube is a lot more stable now and as someone who uploads fairly large video files, this is an awesome improvement. Side note. My snaps are typically 1080x608. On YouTube, I use 1920x1080, which will work on Dtube as well, but it's not necessary.

I'm unclear on the use of tags. You said the 1st tag is the category? But where do we see categories? Is there a list of categories we should use somewhere? Also, you said something about dtube being one of the default tags, but I don't understand that one. Do we need to add dtube to the end of the 1st tag we use? Since tags are such an important topic, I think you need to cover that better.

Click the top left "steemit beta" logo and it will bring you to categories. OR go here: https://steemit.com/tags . @dtube will default the #dtube tag in your tag list, you don't need to put that one in.

Same here and I wonder why? 🤔 As DTube is still young and each of my videos take a lot of time to load, I decided to focus on slowly creating a video library of language lessons as that's what my YouTube channel is about. And then share my DTube videos later with my YT subscribers as well as in my FB page once DTube is well polished. But I noticed my DTube videos disappeared in my DTube video list when I logged back in after days of not being in there.

Dtube ok

One of my friends has been having problems uploading with it. He still uses youtube for embedding videos. What I don't like is you have to go to another page to view dTube videos on Steemit. Youtube videos can be played directly from the page. I hope that part can be improved.

Hey, the upload snap is always getting jammed, does not upload even if I do it before the video. then video and titles, tags are all LOST. I am using safari, what gives???? they need to remove this snap feature altogether until they get it right

before watching your video I stupidly put in my master key as the password. am I screwed now? was it logged on Dtube's server?

If you were just logging into dtube you should be fine, but if you want to be safe go change your password. DON"T LOSE THE NEW ONE OR OLD ONE.

I think I did all correctly........ but when upload is Dtube show me "unknow error".
