This post aims to take beginner from minimal knowledge of machine learning in Python.I am telling you some steps for machine learning. All while using freely available materials and resources along the way. Todays i am going to tell you how to learn machine learning.

Moving forward, I make the assumption that you are not an expert in MACHINE LEARNING:
- Learn Python
First of all you have to learn python basic and OOPs concept. If you know any programming language (c,java etc) then python is very easy for otherwise lilbit harder.
@ Step to learn Python
Download python compiler from pyton.org and install it after that set environment variable on your computer or laptop.
Then take help from tutorial. So many free and paid tutorial are available on INTERNET.

- Knowledge of Scientific Python Packages
Ohkay.... We can handle on Python programming and understand a bit about machine learning. Beyond Python there are a number of open source libraries generally used to facilitate practical machine learning. In simple, these are the main so those are called scientific Python libraries. We put to use when performing elementary machine learning task.
Libraries are given below-:
numpy (mainly useful for its N-dimensional array objects)
pandas (Python data analysis library, including structures such as dataframes)
matplotlib (2D plotting library producing publication quality figures)
