For sure sometimes AC of cars can be an real torcher for sure, and i hope and wish that you will be fine soon.

In my opinion whatever work we do, the most important aspect is doing, and not the speed because speed can be increase or decrease but the progress should be happen slowly or quickly no matter.

And yes, whenever we face the sickness the most important aspect is, we have to do those stuff which makes us happy because that will help us to recover.
