Enjuagarte con agua fría. Grabalo en tu memoria: el enjuague debe ser con agua medianamente fría o, a lo sumo, tibia. No quiere decir que te tengas que dar una ducha helada, se trata simplemente del último enjuague. El agua caliente daña el cuero cabelludo, haciendo que el pelo se vea seco y sin brillo.
