Today I would like to look at Colossians 2 verse 6 to 7

6)Since you have accepted Christ Jesus as Lord, live in union with Him.
7)Keep your roots deep in Him, build your lives on Him, and become stronger in your faith, as you were taught. And be filled with thanksgiving.

Our life with Jesus Christ begins when we accept Him in our lives. There after we must keep on following Him where ever He leads us. We must build our lives on Him, to grow in our faith. We must get our strength from Him.

At the church where I serve we have a statement we make at the close of every service. "May God help me to Connect, Grow, and Go that I may follow Jesus wherever he leads and help others do the same."
