하루 정리

  1. 그제 어제 미세먼지가 없어서 너무 좋았습니다.
    오늘까지도 괜찮네요.
    오전(현재 10:00 기준) 좋음 에서 오후에는 보통으로 된다고 합니다.

  2. 와자타임이 온 것 같습니다.
    와우 + 현자타임 입니다.
    어제는 캐릭터 룩만 이리저리 바꿔보고 지인분들과 채팅 & 마을 점프 하다가 오프했습니다.
    퇴근이 늦어지니 할 시간이 줄어들고 퇴근하면 피곤하니 열정이 식는거 같습니다.
    몇년 전과는 분명 다른 모습에 나이를 먹어감을 느낍니다.

  3. 요가를 배우고 있는데 워크샵에 참여 합니다.
    수료시 수료증(!) 이 주어지고 후에 강사(!!)를 하게 될 경우 경력처럼 증명서가 되기도 한다고 합니다.
    목 어깨가 안좋아서 시작한 요가가 벌써 6개월을 넘었네요.
    예전에는 의자에 앉아 있으면 허리를 장시간 펴고 있기가 굉장히 힘들었습니다.
    그래도 요즘엔 많이 수월해졌습니다.
    몸 자체가 조금씩 바뀌는게 느껴지는 재미가 쏠쏠합니다.
    죽어도 안될 것 같던 자세가 됐을 때의 느낌은
    헤딩 하던 보스를 킬 했을때의 짜릿함이 느껴집니다.
    다음에는 요가에 관련한 포스팅을 올려볼까 생각중입니다.

  4. 슬슬 날씨가 좋아지니 자전거 생각이 납니다.
    저는 여기저기 다니기 좋도록 하이브리드를 탑니다.
    범용성이 최고라고 생각하기 때문이기도 하구요.
    좋은 날씨에 한강을 달리면 스트레스가 확 날아갑니다.
    바퀴에 공기 넣을 장비를 구입해야겠습니다.

  5. 휴가가 필요합니다.
    올해는 아직 휴가 사용을 하지 않았네요.
    뭔가 항상 멍한 느낌입니다.
    카페인 부족 탓인지.

  6. 샘스미스 콘서트
    아. 모르겠다.
