I rarely drink coffee in the morning when i wake up but i prefer it in the evening between 2:00 and 4:00 pm and sometimes by myself other times with family or friend .
the most important is that i enjoy it whatever it is .
and today i'm sharing with you the way i prefer my coffee
Ingredients
- a glass of water.
- Two teaspoons of Turkish coffee.
- Sugar according to desire( i like it with the minimum of sugar sometimes just black).
Preparation:
- put water and sugar in the coffee pot and put it on fire until boiling water and bubbles disappear.
- Remove the pot from the fire and add the amount of coffee and stir well.
- On a low heat, boil the coffee 2 times , but be careful and keep the layer of foam( This foam is the tasty part of Turkish coffee.)
- you can add some orange blossom water and enjoy the flavor
- you can also accompaniment your coffee with chocolate or almond sweets it goes very well with it
