Our faith can be tested in various ways. One of the ways we experience this test can be through peer pressure. We must be aware that as believers the devil is always about looking for ways that could lead us to compromise just so we can fit in and be accepted by people around us.

‎Our focus should always be fixed on God despite all these. As believers what other people say or think should be of no concern to us. We do not live our lives in in line with the standards of the world but to the standards of God.

‎Though these influences may be tempting but giving in to them pulls us away from God. It is one of the means the devil uses to hold down christians most especially the ones young in age so that they don't live the life God has called them to live.

‎We should be discerning enough to know what is true and stay away from anything that is contrary to the truth. Just because other people engage in it doesn't make it right or there is nothing wrong with it.
