There are many cases in children that cause the delay in speech and language growth or development such as Mental Retardation, Autism, lack of Speech stimulation at home etc.
In this case you should meet a Speech Therapist who can help your body cure it. You also meet a child specialist, clinical psychologist who will help further to your child.
