花菇鸡蒜香饭

花菇焖鸡是华人传统的一道非常出名菜肴。花菇本身就有着丰富的营养,而且味道也好香,加入鸡肉一起焖煮,整个口感搭配就更加完美了。

花菇是可谓是食用菌中之星。它是在受保护的特殊环境下生长发育而成,朵大肉厚而且香味浓郁,可谓是优等菇。花菇的顶面呈现淡褐白色开暴花菇纹,因而得“花菇”之名。花菇的生产过程可达到有机食品标准,因为它不受任何污染,也不使用农药肥料。天气对花菇影响很大,气候越冷花菇的产量就越多,相比质量也越好。肉厚又爽口,也更鲜美,可称之为席上佳珍。

花菇除了是烹调的好材料,它也是治病的妙药,药用价值很高。它含有丰富的蛋白质和氨基酸、烟酸、维生素1、B2、C、脂肪、粗纤维、磷、钙、铁等。它可以用来医治风破血,化痰理气、粘膜溃疡、皮肤炎症、贫血、胆结石小儿佝偻病、牙床坏血、小便不禁、高血压、食欲减退、少气乏力、头晕、感冒、高血脂、胆结石、麻疹等疾病。它可以提高机体免疫功能,有助于防治佝偻病、调节新陈代谢、帮助消化、减少胆固醇、预防肝硬化、消除胆结石和防癌等功能。它还帮助消除过氧化氢,延缓衰老,是人们延年益寿的珍品。

今天我要介绍大家的这道花菇鸡蒜香饭食谱步骤很简单,就算新手厨师也很容易学会的。对一些喜欢吃花菇鸡的朋友不妨试一试动手做喔!

份量 2-3人

材料
* 鸡腿 1个
** 花菇 6粒
** 姜 40g
*
太白粉 2小匙
* 盐 ½小匙
*
蚝油 3茶匙
* 蒜米½粒
*
米 200g**

做法
1. 把花菇浸泡在水中,放入冰箱过夜。

  1. 鸡腿去皮切小,备用。

  2. 将浸泡好的大花菇切小,比较容易焖软。

  3. 把花菇放入锅中,倒入1.5公升的水用大火煮沸再转小火煮一小时。

  4. 然后把鸡肉放入锅中,焖煮半小时。

  5. 把一碗花菇鸡汤拿出,剩少许汤汁在锅内。然后加入蚝油调味,再把太白粉参少许水加入锅中搅均就可以熄火了。

  6. 将拿出的汤水倒入饭锅中,把蒜米切小加入饭锅中,再加入少许清水,像平时煮饭的水量就够了。然后饭锅就可开电煮饭了。

  7. 当饭煮好了,香喷喷的花菇鸡蒜米香饭就可以上桌了。
