1.Lying ez-bar french press
This is an exercise that equally engages both surface head triceps

2.Rope pressdown
Attach a rope cope with to the high pulley of a cable station. Bend your arms and snatch the bar with an overhand grip, your hands shoulder-width aside. Tuck your higher arms next in your sides.

3.Dumbbell kickback
Only your forearm should move during this exercise.
Keep your elbow in line with your shoulders at all times throughout the movement.
