Hello great community of steemits, my name is Susan Njoroge. This is my first post in this platform and my username is @sheykoh. I appreciate @fabyflavour for introducing me in this great platform and also enlightening me on how to use it. May almighty God bless you. I have examined most of the articles on this platform and I must admit most of them are educative and encouraging too. I am a kenyan lady residing in Nairobi county, business lady currently dealing with electronics. I like socializing, travelling, reading novels and cryptocurrency articles and also watching movies.
You might be wondering what @sheykoh is here for... Well am here to share the little knowledge i have about #cryptocurrency to the willing steemians and also to learn more. I want to be an expert in this field. @Brianadams told me that the best way to learn is by teaching others what you want to learn. He is my crypto mentor and i take everything he says seriously. Be ready to correct me because I know am not perfect well no one is.
Well am not only here to share crypto knowledge only, as you all know, work without play makes Jack a dull boy, so am deafently sure you will obvious see #love, #fun and also #life experience post from @sheykoh.
I was really encouraged by @fabyflavour when he told me that steemit does not only educate but also rewards you for sharing your knowledge with others. Am looking foward to socialize and gain new friends in this platform

Hello sheykoh! Welcome to Steemit! Hope you'll like the community here. As a start, here are 5 tips that we believe will be helpful to you:
1. Keep your passwords safe: Unlike conventional sites, Steemit has 4 types of passwords. Each offers varying degrees of access to your account, so know where and when to use each of them. Also, make sure to keep them all safe and secure.
2. Get Steem rewards: When writing a post, you'll have the option to choose how to receive your reward: "Default 50%/50%" or "Power Up 100%". As of this moment, choosing Default 50%/50% is the better option. But this can change over time. Check our post to know more.
3. Upvote wisely: When upvoting, wait at least 30 minutes after the post is published to maximize your curation reward. Also, make sure not to upvote too much too fast so as not to drain your voting power.
4. Know your Steem, Steem Dollars and Steem Power: Steem and Steem Dollars are the 2 main currencies here. Convert and power up more Steem into Steem Power so you can have higher values on your upvotes.
