You have to be very careful with your words when dealing with wishes. Next panel, Taboo will give a breakdown of exactly what Miss Fury said that qualified as her wishing for the best sex of her life. But if you go back to the beginning of this chapter, even Moon Girl really just said, "Sometimes I wish I didn't have super powers. Or something to that effect." 

The thing about the wish-giver. Whether it is a genie, a demon, an intelligent sword or a Dungeon Master... all of them are looking for a way to screw over the wish-maker. It's a necessarily adversarial relationship. Like a coyote and a roadrunner.

Also, the video bit at the end... It looks like maybe Taboo had an additional wish.
