Ginger-lemon is simple to make: fresh ginger slices, hot water, fresh lemon, sugar to taste, iced cubes, and this slices of lemon for garnish!!!

From time to time it has crossed my mind to find nice B&Bs or the such that are not really far away, but take a weekend and go and pretend I am no vacation ! Even though I have thought about it, I have always thought "I might check that out later", but then later never happened. I really should think on that again.
