Ingredients:
- chicken breast (I had breast fillet) about half a kilogram
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons flour
- salt
- you can add grated cheese and herbs, and even for a little piquancy of garlic (today I did not have them)
- vegetable oil.
Chicken fillet finely chop.

Add to it the egg, salt, onion, cheese, herbs and garlic. Mix everything.

Add mayonnaise and flour, mix again. Fry on both sides in a heated pan.
