Hi Everyone,

It is time to announce the results of the third Sapien Loop Quiz for this year. In hindsight, I can see the questions in this contest have been considerably more difficult than others I have run. They have been a little vaguer and more focused on minor characters. Therefore, I congratulate all the participants on answering so many questions correctly.

The turnout for this contest has been a little disappointing. Only four entered. In general, it has been hard to maintain attention on Hive. I will soon be spending much more time on Hive, as I have almost finished the final book in my Sapien Loop series.

How to Play!

[IMAGE: https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/spectrumecons/23u5tiTqGS7haioaRM3CAx8xDc4K9FfEFu29jGLVvdSddKY13Y3HQfFsMdGEpzErGuS2v.jpg]

For those who did not enter, here is a quick recap of how to play. The quiz contains nine multiple-choice questions. Each question has five possible answers. The participant is required to select the correct answer from the five options. The participant who answers the most questions correctly wins the contest. If there is a tie, the participant who entered first wins. There is also a requirement for the winner to answer at least five questions correctly. This is my way of ensuring that the participants have read the books.

The prize for each contest is 30 Hive Power. The entries of the first twelve participants are upvoted.

Question 1: This question is from the short story ‘Life Underground’. During Miro's and Flint’s visit to the cult's underground city, Angelo explains the differences in how they view faith. He explains that Miro is the source of the faith of his tribes. Whereas he is not the source of his tribe’s faith. He is just the messenger, and the Higher Power is the absolute source.

Question 2: This question is from the short story ‘Life Underground’. Angelo shows interest in acquiring the weapons that Miro’s guards had. Miro agreed for Angelo’s tribe (cult) to have these weapons with very little pushback. He believed that Angelo would use these weapons to attack the other tribes. This would strengthen his argument that the other tribes needed greater protection from him. He would then play the hero and save them. When their attack failed, he would then attack the cult. He believed this was a possible path to take over their underground city.

Question 3: This question is from the short story ‘The G.O.A.T.’ Both Milly and Lily noticed that the Linap children were arrogant and awful. Lily also noticed that Linap children were weak and needed more time off school to recover from sickness. The Sapiens did not have these same problems.
Note: The question should have referred to Lily rather than Milly.

Question 4: This question is from the short story ‘The Special Enforcer’. When the head trainer went to the canteen to talk to the recruits about the recent crime that had been committed, he reminded them that prevention is the first job of an enforcer. Later on, Eugene reminds the other recruits of this point.

Question 5: This question is from the short story ‘Polly’. Vulay, under the control of Jennifer, rescued Polly from the wreckage of a car crash. She was extremely badly injured. In order to save her life, Dr. Cortex was forced to replace some of her body parts with mechanical parts. During the surgery, he also implanted the Jennifer chip in Polly’s brain.

Question 6: This question is from the short story ‘The Chief in the North’. Sanguine’s parents were killed in the rebellion. Locum and Tarrina became his guardians. Locum became the chief until Sanguine came of age. They both played a role in raising Sanguine. Tarrina managed to get Sanguine to speak by singing a song. She consistently offered emotional support during his upbringing in the North. She also showed compassion to Erin when she was injured as well as Locum when his health deteriorated.

Question 7: This question is from ‘Character’s Journeys: Part One’. Alma Bramley was involved in an illegal back-breeding program. This involved the breeding of the new Linap with the old Linap. She had a son named Jimbo who she desperately tried to protect.

Question 8: This question is from ‘Character’s Journeys: Part Three’. Jaffadella was the Junior Philosopher in the Adoy House of Divine Knowledge. She helped Orcille obtain permission for his presentation at the House of Divine Knowledge.

Question 9: This question is from ‘Character’s Journeys: Part Five’ as well as the short story ‘Just Another Day in the Economic Institute’. Politics swayed in favour of the Business Sector or the House of the Divine Knowledge. The key feature of the Great Divide was that neither side had dominance over the Government. Randall, the head of the Economic Institute at the time, wanted to get the pendulum swinging again so that he could maintain his influence over both sides.

The Winner

Overall, this contest had just four participants. All four participants answered at least five questions correctly. Two participants answered seven questions correctly, creating a tie. They were @hatdogsensei and @peng-an. @hatdogsensei entered the contest first and is therefore the winner. Congratulations, you have won 30 Hive Power.

I currently do not have a date for the next quiz. It depends when the third book is finalised. The remaining Sapien Loop quizzes for this year will be focused on the content of this book. I will have more updates to come soon.

The Sapien Loop Series

I am writing a trilogy of books titled Sapien Loop. The first in the series is Sapien Loop: End of an Era and the second is Sapien Loop: Frozen in Time. I published both of these books as ebooks on Amazon, and I have posted completed chapters to my @captainhive account. I anticipate publishing the third book in early 2027. I expect to title this book Sapien Loop: Worlds Collide. In 2025, I plan to write short stories about some of the characters and their adventures. I will post these to my @captainhive over the course of the year.

Brief Summary of Sapien Loop: End of an Era

[IMAGE: https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/spectrumecons/23zGebDBwFPpB2PMXWTHr428cPjoJbzCFpWmGn1aJSFQreBA9aboCEQK6LUQK1X2xGW21.gif]

This story is based on the fictional planet Sapia and its sole country, Sapey. Sapey is portrayed as a form of utopia for all its citizens. No poverty. No war. Almost no crime. Opportunities for all.

This was enough for most citizens, but not all. In one of the small regions, some of the citizens had become discontent. They felt something important was missing in their lives. Their discontent did not go unnoticed. Some of the Sapey elite wanted to weaponise this discontent to gain more power. This created more chaos than they anticipated. This led to further widespread social unrest.

On top of the chaos, ambition and greed provoked another enemy. This enemy was on a mission to settle both new and old scores.

Brief Summary of Sapien Loop: Frozen in Time

[IMAGE: https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/spectrumecons/23uQJt3boCwrJj4ViDQL1SJTiJ3bTX3AMwAvGktY4ybQ6eTZqU23Y1Fzwg68Rvat9MiV7.gif]

This story is based six years after the original story. The Downs Region is still suffering from a serious health crisis caused by the contaminated water. The main characters are desperately trying to find a cure for the illness that has been caused by the water.

One of the main characters has discovered frozen humanoids in hidden chambers. It appears they have been frozen for a long time. These chambers connect to a vast network of tunnels. While exploring the tunnels, one of the frozen humanoids disappears. It appears he has been stolen.

The story takes a step back in time to tell the story of the frozen humanoids. How and why were they frozen? This part of the story also explains the fall of ancient Sapey and the birth of the Sapiens. Can those from the past be able to coexist with those from the present?

The Great Illusion: How @guiltyparties Built an Empire on Empty Promises

Prologue: The Mask of Benevolence

There is a particular kind of tragedy in watching a wolf dress itself in shepherd's clothing, not to protect the flock, but to shear it bare while convincing the sheep they are being cared for.

Today, we pull back the curtain on @guiltyparties.

To the casual observer, this account appears to be a hub of charity, a distributor of aid, a beacon of hope in the Hive ecosystem. The transaction history is a cascade of outgoing transfers: thousands of HIVE and HBD flowing to gpwallet accounts, to individuals in need, to "medical emergencies," to "food funds," to "rent." The memos speak of compassion: "dog's vet," "towards surgery cost," "Christmas event and gifts for the children."

But look closer. Follow the money. And you will find not a charity, but a centralized banking cartel disguised as a community fund. You will find a system where power is concentrated, transparency is an illusion, and the "help" provided is merely the interest paid on a loan of trust that can never be repaid.

We expose the truth: @guiltyparties runs a massive farm, a shadow bank, and a political machine, all while pretending to be a simple benefactor.

I. The Architecture of the Shadow Bank

Figure 1: The Wallet Network (The Shell Game)

THE GUILTYPARTIES ECOSYSTEM
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Central Hub: @guiltyparties
│
├── The Distribution Arms (Dozens of "gpwallet" accounts)
│ ├── @gpwallet, @gpwallet2, @gpwallet3... @gpwallet30
│ ├── Function: Receive large lump sums from HQ
│ └── Function: Disburse funds to end-users or exchanges
│
├── The Laundering Layer (@bdhivesteem)
│ ├── Pattern: gpwallets send HIVE → @bdhivesteem
│ ├── Action: @bdhivesteem swaps HIVE for HBD via internal orders
│ └── Result: Clean stablecoins ready for reuse or export
│
└── The Power Base (@spaminator, @logic, @hivewatchers)
    ├── @spaminator: Receives delegation (20k HP) & funds logic
├── @logic: Receives steady weekly stipend (~50-100 HIVE)
    └── @hivewatchers: Receives operational funding
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Analyst Note: This is not charity; this is corporate structure. The use of dozens of numbered wallets obscures the total volume of flow and makes auditing nearly impossible for the average user.

The Implication:
Why does a charity need 30+ numbered wallets? Why does it need to route funds through @bdhivesteem to convert currency before distribution? The answer is control. By fragmenting the treasury, @guiltyparties creates a labyrinth that protects the central hoard from scrutiny while maintaining absolute authority over who eats and who starves.

II. The Mechanical Symphony of Control

Based on on-chain transaction logs

While the public sees "gifts," the blockchain records transactions. And the patterns reveal a cold, calculated machine.

Figure 2: The Stipend System (@logic)

THE LOGIC STIPEND
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Recipient: @logic
Frequency: Weekly (every 7 days ±1 day)
Amount: ~50.00 to ~100.00 HIVE (precise decimals)
Duration: Continuous for years
Recent Examples:
• 50.066 HIVE (5 days ago)
• 100.051 HIVE (11 days ago)
• 49.985 HIVE (23 days ago)
• 75.249 HIVE (Mar 18, 2026)
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Verdict: This is not a donation; it is a salary. @logic is an employee of the @guiltyparties empire, paid to maintain the infrastructure (Spaminator, etc.) that enforces the cartel's will.

Figure 3: The Currency Mill (@bdhivesteem)

THE CONVERSION LOOP
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Step 1: @gpwallet30 receives 830.000 HIVE from @guiltyparties.
Step 2: @gpwallet30 sends 830.000 HIVE to @bdhivesteem.
Step 3: @bdhivesteem executes internal limit orders to swap HIVE for HBD.
Step 4: Repeat with @gpwallet10, @gpwallet2, etc.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Observation: HIVE were funneled through this mill. The sheer volume suggests @guiltyparties is acting as an unregulated central bank, minting stablecoin liquidity for its own network while bypassing open market price discovery.

III. The Narrative vs. The Ledger

The most dangerous lie is the one wrapped in truth. Yes, @guiltyparties does send money to people in need. The transactions are real. The memos are heart-wrenching. "Medical," "Food," "Surgery."

But consider the source.

When a warlord builds a school in the village he occupies, is he a philanthropist? Or is he buying silence?

The ledger shows that for every dollar given to the poor, ten dollars are moved between shell companies (gpwallets). For every memo about "feeding children," there is a silent transfer of thousands of HIVE to @logic to fund the bots that downvote dissenters.

The Truth:
The "charity" is the marketing budget. It is the cost of doing business for a cartel that seeks to dominate Hive's governance and culture. They give you crumbs to keep you from noticing they are eating the whole loaf.

IV. The Connection to the Downvote Machine

We cannot talk about @guiltyparties without talking about @spaminator and @hivewatchers.

  • @guiltyparties delegates 20,614 HP to @spaminator.
  • @spaminator receives this power and uses it (along with delegated power from others) to fund @logic.
  • @logic and @spaminator are historically linked to the coordination of downvotes against critics, whistleblowers, and competitors.

The cycle is complete:
1. Accumulate power and wealth (often via opaque means or early adoption advantages).
2. Distribute small amounts to the public to build a reputation as a "benefactor."
3. Fund the enforcement arm (@logic/@spaminator) to silence anyone who questions the source of the wealth.
4. Repeat.

This is not community building. This is protection racketeering on the blockchain.

V. The Verdict: A Scam of Proportions

To call this a "scam" in the traditional sense might be too simple. It is more insidious. It is a governance scam.

  • The Promise: "We are here to help the needy."
  • The Reality: "We are here to control the narrative."

The use of dozens of gpwallet accounts serves no purpose other than obfuscation. A true charity publishes its ledgers. It does not hide behind gpwallet24 and gpwallet25. It does not route funds through internal swaps to avoid detection.

@guiltyparties has built a shadow state within Hive. They hold the purse strings, they hold the voting power (via delegates), and they hold the whip (via downvote bots). And they expect us to thank them for the privilege of being ruled.

Epilogue: The Reckoning

There is a particular courage in speaking truth to power, especially when that power holds the keys to your survival.

But the blockchain does not care about fear. It only records truth.

And the truth is this: You cannot build a free community on a foundation of centralized control. You cannot claim to be a benefactor while funding the silencing of your critics. You cannot pretend to be a saint when your ledger reads like a mob boss's ledger.

To the users of Hive: Do not be fooled by the breadcrumbs. Look at the bakery. See who owns the oven. See who controls the flour. And ask yourself: If I speak out against the baker, will I still be fed tomorrow?

The time for gratitude is over. The time for scrutiny is now.

Expose the farm.
Demand transparency.
Break the cartel.
