It is definitely better to use the posting key to claim it , I would like the same in Keychain, but unfortunately, it asks for the active key. Can't we change that ? I mean use the posting key to see the balance in https://spk.dlux.io/ ? Unless one wants to transfer, why do we need the active key ?

Yup, I see that too. AFAIK, as the project was running on testnet since January, it is counted as third "claim" but they will simply add +11 to the claims available in the code.
At least that's what I think :P

I wonder who's crazy enough to sell so early! Just HODl till the project launch guys. These airdrops can be worth a huge lot as time goes!

Usually it's the other way around with airdrops, lot of fomo and excitement at the start and a drop shortly after. Selling early and buying back more later is often not bad approach. This doesn't seem to be the case in this situation though..

Quite a rusty start and a bit of a wonky dex play a part in that I guess. Seems to be indeed best to hold on and see where things go next :-)

I've seen so many airdrops on Hive get to some serious high values over time. Check out HUNT from Steem days. That was a crazy ROI. I'd still sell LARYNX - but definitely in 2023 or later. We need to have a working product with real user demand. We can make it there eventually. There's only 2 competitors I know.

Nevermind. I left the page open for 5 minutes then refreshed to see the gift box. I clicked it but I think it might take time before the tokens land in my wallet over there though.

It eventually worked, but encountered a few issues worth looking into on your end to remove some confusion.

1. There is a huge delay after clicking claim before it showed up in my balance.

   I thought it didn't work, so clicked claim again and it allowed me to sign the second claim transaction without showing any error.

   So now I'm worried that this will affect my future airdrop.

2. After the delay, it eventually does show that I successfully claimed my first airdrop.

   But my 'total claims' says 3.

   I'm not sure if this is a bug or if its because I clicked the claim button multiple times.

Stupid question: Does using the active key here reveal it to the team behind the project? Or is it encrypted for transmitting just this one transaction?

Transactions broadcast with hivesigner(using the link in the post) or keychain (using the gift box button on the website) use keys that are stored in your browser. so no one but you can actually see the keys.

A very disappointing release. I would expect after such a long wait to see something that is working.

The dex is a real problem. You can't see you balance of Hive anywhere and you can't cancel orders. I also can not see you orders. This code for DEX was already written thousands of times, how lame can this release be?

I see a quick improvement. Thats impressing.

When trying to see my posts I get:

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

I won't bother to investigate this anymore as this is clearly not basically tested.

I think its a technical issue, try some other app or browser sometimes help in such situation.

It seems to have its own DEX. I am working on figuring it out also.

I thought it was going to be much more difficult to claim tokens. That was really easy. Considering the price they're trading at right now, I think I'll just hang on to them and maybe set up to mine myself. If I sold the small amount I've been distributed today I'd have $16, and about $200 over the course of the year if it stays down there. I'm not a super technical dude, but I do have an extra laptop laying around I could apply to the task and try to figure it out. Not sure if it'll have enough jam, but could do it as a proof of concept first and see if I want to invest in some decent hardware for the task.

I'm a little confused. I have 200+ HP and have had that for several months. Not a whole year, but definitely for months, but my airdrop is 0.00

Am I misunderstanding the airdrop terms?

It said 0 for me too, but I clicked the gift icon, signed the transaction, waited a few minutes, and refreshed the page. Then when the page loaded I logged in again and my tokens had arrived.
