bro, I always see you in all challenge that you take first spot but no link. Later you update/edit and get big upvote from specific curator. If this way is legit, I will follow you doing this on next challenge, and I bet hundreds of players want to do the same.

@jaeb I personally think it's a bad practice and I don't know why you do this. Is this getting you bigger rewards by any chance? I don't think there's a possibility for that. I suggest you stop doing that from now on.

As I have told @dewabrata , I had my rented cards and I had already canceled them to have them back on the last day of the season, but there were still a few hours to go.

Previously, as I also pointed out, I had seen other people do something similar, and as I say, I did not know if there was any kind of problem with this, just as many people publish challenges with other cards to be among the first, I think this should be reviewed Also, since the challenges are requested with common or rare cards that are included in the spellbook, the excuse that you do not have that card is not much use.

That said, if it is considered a bad practice, it will not be repeated, greetings.

I just left my opinion at the first sight and then I've talked with the team about this and we came to this conclusion that we'll not curate the entries that'll be through such edited comments.

Easy, I can rent that card because I play gold-diamond and I rent it at level 7, not at level 1, and I rent my entire collection until the last 2-3 days of the season, you can see my history of peakmonsters if you wish.

if there is no big upvote for the early entries, everyone, as long they can put their entry on time (5 days duration), have equal opportunity to get upvoted ofcourse with the curation discretion. This means a lot for us, especially when you, one of curators, said this directly. it's a great help for us in guiding our friends join in participating battle challenge events in good and proper way.

I do not accuse @jaeb breaching any rules, but as you said, it's not a good practice. New participants, or people who have been in very bad mood due to not getting upvote from previous event, they might get different idea and would escalate this into something else that outsmart rules and fairness. What @jaeb has said is true. Some people have been taking comment spots recently. I have noticed some of them got poked or given soft warning/reminder, but not all yet.

2 to 4 weeks ago we had a long upvote drought. However there have been some new rules and finally curators have started punishing cheaters (multi account participants and plagiators). Things are getting better recently, so I hope everyone can support this by atleast avoiding doing things in "grey area"

I THINK, about 2 of 3rd of your post contains only screenshots, mass tagging people, quotes, and tags below the post. And your full post is a 4 min read post with 615 words.
That should be changed, in my sense.
Good/quality content should have more words, more of your efforts, some interesting things, some useful things, etc.

I'd suggest you take time to check on the posts that receive a higher percentage and learn why they got a higher percentage.

First I did read your post and then I curated it. I've seen your GIF. I also create GIF(s) for my posts and I know creating GIF takes a little time but it's not that hard either.

Howdy @lenonmc21 I appreciated your comment on my post IMMENSELY (you are a life saver dude). No one has come out and told me that cross posting is spam before, and I've been on hive for over a year running the risk of being considered spam. I've gotten a lot of mixed info on crossposting from various people on hive and was wondering if you had any sort of media or tutorial that explains the more nuanced social aspects of hive that aren't really put forward to the majority of people entering the space. In short, is it ever ok to cross post? Should I just not cross post at all? Your help with this when you have the time would be amazing. I left a comment on my post, if you answer it there it would help not just me but all those who follow me and anyone else who reads the post. I don't want them to make the mistakes I have.

Don't worry, our job also as curators is to get the newer ones on the right path. And regarding cross-posting, the repercussions is that it may be labeled as SPAM. My recommendation would be, focus on a community of your niche of preference, for example, if you like games and want to publish about it, Hive Gaming, would be a good place, now, if for some reason you want to make publications in Oneup or Blockchin Gaming, it is best that, make a different post in each and evaluate the response or support in them, ideally, if for example you receive more support and value in Hive gaming, you should publish most of your posts in this without crossing any, so you make community and find your niche.
